General Information
Treatments and sessions are offered in a quiet, therapeutic space, purposefully designed to aid relaxation, mindfulness and inner focus. Please phone, message or e-mail me to book a treatment. Please use the booking system on the 'Yoga' tab to book a session.
Yoga sessions are offered in person or online via Zoom. Group sessions are offered as per the group timetable in the 'Yoga' tab and 1:1 sessions can be arranged upon enquiry. Yoga equipment can be provided if attending sessions in person, but please feel free to bring your own mat / blocks / belt / blanket with you.
Reflexology and Indian Head Massage treatment visits to client’s own home space, allowing for full relaxation accompanied by homely familiarity, can be arranged upon discussion. I am based in Farnham and I can cover areas of Surrey and North East Hampshire for treatments, including Farnham, Guildford, Godalming, Cranleigh, Fleet, Alton and Petersfield. All equipment needed for home visits is provided.

Foot and Hand Reflexology
Initial consultation (allow 75 minutes) and further treatment sessions (allow 60 minutes): £45.00
There will be a small additional charge for treatments provided in the client's own home to cover travel costs.

Facial Reflexology
Initial consultation (allow 75 minutes) and further treatment sessions (allow 60 minutes): £55.00

Indian Head Massage
Initial consultation (allow 60 minutes) and further treatment sessions (allow 45 minutes): £35.00
There will be a small additional charge for treatments provided in the client's own home to cover travel costs.
If you would like to combine an Indian Head Massage treatment with a Reflexology treatment for an added therapeutic treat, please do let me know. This would be at a discounted price of £30.00 with foot and hand reflexology (adding 30 minutes to the reflexology treatment time) and £25.00 with facial reflexology (adding 20 minutes to the reflexology treatment time).
